Fall THESA sports are in season. Baskets ball is in mid season. Volleyball won the 2017 National Championship. Football made the state quarter finals. Cross Country is having a strong first season. The 2017 Volleyball season closed with the Riders winning two national championships. The Varsity and Junior Varsity teams won the 2017 National Homeschool Volleyball Championships. The Riders will begin preparation for the 2018 season with monthly clinics beginning in January and carrying to tryouts in late April or early May.
The 2016 TAIAO State Champion THESA Riders Varsity won their season opener 68-22 in the Hico Super Saturday. The JV and middle school teams begin their seasons Friday, September 7th. Come our for Friday night lights with the Riders.
2017 Cheer Team Tryouts were the week of April 17 - 21 for High School Girls 9th - 12th Grade. If you missed tryouts email the athletes name, grade, and any previous cheer experience to email@example.com or call Coach Pam McKeever at 817-999-2137. Have a conversation with Coach McKeever about your option to tryout for the team.

THESA Boys Basketball is holding tryouts for junior high (6th-8th grade) and high school (9th-12th grade) teams. Junior High tryout registration starts at 5:45pm with the tryout running from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. High School tryout registration starts 7:15pm with the tryout running from 7:30pm to 8:45pm.
Summer Skills Clinics are happening for the girls junior high and junior varsity teams.

THESA is excited to announce that Delyssa Miller has accepted a basketball scholarship at Oklahoma Christian University. Delyssa, congratulations on your scholarship!
Baseball and Softball teams are preparing for spring games. Tryouts for 2018 tennis season are in January. Track and Field will begin after the first of the year. Check each sport for more season information. Most teams have fall practices or clinics to lead into January when practices begin. Season play begins in February and runs into May for most spring sports.
The Riders finished 5th in last year's Homeschool World Series and are already working to win the 2018 World Series. The Riders have a Varsity team and a Junior Varsity team. Congratulations to the players who made the 2018 baseball teams. High school age athletes who want to know if there are openings on either team should contact the baseball coordinator, Brian D., on the Connect tab under Coaches, Boys Sports, Baseball.
THESA Softball forms teams at the high school level, scheduling games with public, private and home school teams in and around the D/FW area as well as other home school teams within the state. Regular season games are scheduled from February through April.

Tennis season 2018 is about to begin!
THESA tennis is a competitive and enjoyable environment to learn tennis and build Godly character! We offer a program for players at every ability level, from the beginner to state-ranked tournament player.
Pre-tryout clinics will be held January 16 & 18 with tryouts on January 23. Come get to know our coaches and players for high school and junior high. Click on the Tennis page for additional details.
The Rider track and field team will be competing in the 2017 TAIAO Invitational Track Meet on April 22. The track meet is at Wanda R. Smith High School in Keene, TX. Come see our high school and middle school athletes compete in a broad range of events.
The track team is open to athletes from 8 years old through high school.

The Riders were invited to play in the Hico Super Saturday. The Hico Super Saturday event is the premier 6-Man football event in Texas. The Riders played the Blum Bobcats. THESA scored first and went up 14-8 at the end of the 1st quarter. The Riders extended the lead to 35-8 by the end of the 1st half. The Riders did not look back winning the game 68-22.
