Drill 1
15Foot Midrange (Left/Right) - 10 Makes
Off the Dribble
Drill 2
1 Dribble pull ups - Left side - 10 Makes
1 Dribble pull ups - Right side - 10 Make
Drill 3
Back -> Stutter step -> Forward and shoot
Lateral -> Stutter step -> forward and shot
Drill 4
Scissor dribble - Then Shot
3 point - 35 min
1- Short Corner - 5 makes - Left and Right
2- Wing - 5 makes - Left and Right
3- Key - 5 makes - Left and Right

1- Plyo Box jumps - 3 sets, 3 reps
2- Jump over to Tuck Jumps - 3 sets - 3 Reps
3- Single Leg Tuck Jumps - 2 sets - 4 reps (each leg)
4- Split Jumps - 4 Sets - 3 Reps (each leg)
5- Depth Jumps - 2 sets - 5 reps
6- Vertical Jumps - 4 sets - 3 Reps
7- One Legged Plyo Jumps - 3 sets - 3 reps
8- Calve Raises
