A Home for THESA Sports

THESA is committed to providing Christ-centered, competitive sports for homeschool athletes while keeping participation costs affordable. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we rely on the generosity of sponsors, alumni, and community supporters to fund our programs.

For over two decades, THESA has been powered by volunteers—board members, coaches, and families who give countless hours and personal resources to create competitive, Christ-centered athletic opportunities for homeschool athletes. Their sacrifice has built a strong foundation, but the next step in our journey requires something greater: a true home for THESA Sports.

The Vision

Unlike traditional school programs with state funding and permanent facilities, every THESA team must rent its own practice and game spaces. This adds up to thousands of dollars each year—just for a place to train and compete.

  • Some sports go an entire season without a single “home” game.

  • Practices are spread out across the metroplex, leaving teams disconnected.

  • If a rented facility sells or becomes unavailable, teams must scramble for alternatives.

Our athletes and coaches share the same mission: to honor Christ through sport. But without a permanent space, they rarely share the same field, court, or community environment.

A THESA home base would change that—giving our athletes stability, true “home” game experiences, and a central place for fellowship and Biblical community.

Why a Home Matters

We believe God has big plans for THESA. As a tax-exempt nonprofit, our ultimate goal is to:

  • Purchase land or secure a long-term lease on a sports complex.

  • Develop and improve facilities for training, competition, and community gatherings.

  • Generate sustainable revenue by hosting tournaments, camps, and events.

  • Create space for fellowship through FCA gatherings, pep rallies, and family activities.

A home for THESA is more than fields and courts—it’s a foundation where athletes can grow in skill, faith, and unity.
