Celebrate graduation with your THESA community
THESA is planning a graduation ceremony beginning with the Class of 2027—a chance for students to celebrate completing high school alongside the friends and families who have been part of their THESA experience.
The proposed ceremony includes:
individual graduate recognition
parent diploma presentations
graduate slideshows
senior table displays
friends and family reception
The date, venue, and participation cost are being finalized and will be shared before families are asked to commit.

WHO CAN PArticipate
ELIGIBILITY
We welcome interest from families with 2027, 2028 & 2029 graduates.

Students graduating in 2027 who participate in a THESA sport during the 2026–27 year may express interest in the graduation ceremony. Families of 2028 and 2029 graduates are also invited to learn more and help plan for future years.

Students who support THESA through an approved student service role may also express interest, even if they do not play a sport. Roles may include student media and photography, health and safety support, sound and AV, announcing, and MC duties. The adult overseeing the student’s role would confirm their participation.
Final eligibility requirements will be shared before registration opens. Please complete the interest form if you have questions about your student’s eligibility.

The Graduation Experience
Plans include individual graduate recognition, parent diploma presentations, graduate slideshows, and a reception with family and friends.

Cost & What’s Included
Participating families will cover the costs of the 2027 ceremony. Pricing and a complete list of what’s included will be provided before registration.

Family Responsibilities
Each family will help with planning or event tasks, attend rehearsal, and meet payment and submission deadlines. Specific responsibilities will be shared before registration.

We are not proposing an exclusive commitment to THESA’s ceremony. Families interested in participating in more than one ceremony should check the other organization’s requirements and make sure they can meet both schedules.

No. Graduation is an optional celebration of high school completion. Each sport will continue its own Senior Night and banquet traditions.

Attend the interest meeting, complete the form, and consider helping with the 2027 ceremony. Parents can learn planning and leadership roles while helping build the program for future graduating classes.

Who provides my student’s diploma?
Families are responsible for confirming their student’s completion of high school and approving the diploma information. The proposed plan is for THESA to coordinate the physical diploma and cover order. THESA does not certify academic credits or issue transcripts. -
No. The form helps us gauge interest and keep your family informed. You can decide whether to participate after reviewing the confirmed details, costs, and family responsibilities.
