What is THESA BaSEball?
THESA Baseball is more than a team—it’s a program built on faith, discipline, and a commitment to growth. We provide competitive, Christ-centered opportunities for homeschool athletes across North Texas, developing players both on and off the field.
Whether your athlete is new to the game or ready to compete at a high level, our program is designed to build skill, confidence, and character through structured development and team accountability.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
WHO CAN PLAY
ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility is determined by birthdate, not grade level.
A HIGH SCHOOL, homeschool athlete must be born between 7/1/2008 and 6/31/2012. Athletes born before 7/1/2008 are ineligible to play.
An athlete may also attend a private school that does NOT offer a baseball program.
A high school athlete attending a private school must be registered in grades 9-12th.

are NOT enrolled in more than 9 dual credit hours.
are NOT enrolled in college classes as a full or part-time college student.

are NOT enrolled on another homeschool, private, public or select team in the same sport at the same time.

WHO WE COMPETE WITH
Competitive League Play
THESA Baseball competes in the HWSA (Homeschool World Series Association), at the end of the season in late April/early May. The Homeschool World Series is an event that is honoring to God, and family-friendly for all who attend.
Our athletes compete in a structured season with scheduled games, standings, and postseason opportunities, providing a true competitive experience while maintaining the flexibility of a homeschool model.

Registration does not guarantee team placement, roster selection, or season participation. Team placement decisions are made by coaching staff based on evaluation, roster needs, and program fit
Teams built for development and progression
12-weeks of games are scheduled with a minimum of 20 games
► Family Involvement
THESA is a volunteer-driven organization.
Families support:
Home game-day operations
Team support roles for practices and away games
Events (ie. Senior Night and End-of-year banquet)
► Cost & Equipment
Families should plan for:
Program fees $1800 (paid in full by Sept 1 or 9-month payment plan, Aug - Apr)
Game uniform (~$150)
Equipment: Batting helmet, bat, glove, cleats, and practice uniforms (varies)
Other personal equipment ie. catchers gear or accessories (varies)
Fundraising opportunities are available once registered for the season.

Yes. THESA is a volunteer-driven program, and family involvement is essential to make each season successful. Parents help with roles such as scorekeeping, field setup, concessions, equipment support, and team communications. We ask every family to serve throughout the year as part of our shared commitment to the athletes and the mission.

Players typically need a glove, cleats, baseball pants, and a batting helmet. No gear is provided; athletes must use personal equipment.

We hold tryouts to place athletes where they can best develop and succeed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide every eligible athlete with a team opportunity.

Travel varies by team and competition level. Some games are at our home field in Euless, while others may require travel throughout the metroplex.
Our Varsity team participates in the Homeschool World Series in Aurburndale, FL in April/Early May.
