Conflict Resolution Procedure
At THESA, we follow the Matthew 18 principle for resolving conflict. Please use the following steps in order:
Go directly to the person involved (coach, player, or parent) in a respectful, reconciling manner.
Note: concerns about playing time will not be discussed.
If unresolved, request a meeting with the person involved and the coach.
If still unresolved, request a meeting with a board representative, along with the player and coach.
If the conflict is with a coach:
First, the player should speak personally with the coach.
If unresolved, request a meeting including the player, parents, and coach.
If still unresolved, request a meeting with a board representative.
Requesting a board meeting:
After all prior steps have been completed, meetings may be requested by emailing admin@thesariders.com.
We value your commitment to handling concerns with grace, respect, and a spirit of reconciliation.
