How Funds Are used

Player receives $5 credit toward player fees

Remaining funds go to the sport

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes, All money stays within THESA and is applied only as described above.

    • If a player does not return the following season, their individual earned credit may be transferred to a sibling in a different sport only if requested before the season starts.

    • If there is no sibling, the original sport keeps 100% (no personal credits issued).

    • Parents must choose one player to fundraise for.

    • You cannot double-sign up to fundraise for two children.

    • Do not sign up more than once as the same person, even using different emails.

    • Duplicate sign-ups can disqualify THESA from the fundraiser.

    • Only submit quality surveys. Because this is market research, some surveys may be removed as “bad data.”

      Take your time and ensure your answers are authentic.

    • These funds apply to player fees only.

    • They do not apply to uniform fees or equipment fees.

    • If a player raises more than their annual sports fee, it does not roll over; excess is absorbed by the sport.
