These funds apply to player fees only.
They do not apply to uniform fees or equipment fees.

If an athlete raises more than their sports fee, the balance will roll over to the next season.
You may also choose to transfer the funds to another sport for the same athlete or transfer the funds to a sibling in the same or different THESA sport.

Users may raise funds for more than one athlete by creating a profile for each athlete.
Each athlete will have a unique link to share so that funds raised can be applied accordingly.

If a player does not return the following season, their individual earned credit may be transferred to a sibling in a different sport only if requested before the season starts.
If there is no sibling, the original sport keeps 100% (no personal credits issued).

We are able to use GiveButter as a fundraising platform free of charge as a non-profit. GiveButter asks for an optional tip on every transaction to cover those platform costs.
This tip is completely optional and does not affect our use of the platform.

Ordering and paying for your gift cards online is the best way to participate.
If you would like to pay offline, by check, simply place your order online and choose the “Check” option. There, you will be prompted on how to get the check submitted.
