THESA has a limited-time fundraising opportunity where adults (18+) can complete short brand-preference surveys and help raise up to $10,000 total for THESA.

Funds are limited — please don’t procrastinate. The earlier families start, the better chance we have to maximize what THESA can earn as an organization.

How This Fundraiser Works

  • Fundraising window: January 5 – February 3

  • Who can participate: Anyone 18 years or older

  • What you do: Complete short surveys about brand preferences

  • Time per survey: ~1 minute

  • Earnings: $1 per survey (shared with the organization)

  • Daily limit: 25 surveys per day

  • Total limit per person: 75 surveys during the fundraiser

THESA will receive a report showing how many surveys were completed for each player, and the funds will be applied directly to your TeamLinkt account.

Getting started is simple and only takes a minute.

Once you receive the link, click it and complete the sign-up form.

During sign-up, you will be asked to:

  • Select THESA as the organization

  • Select the correct sport

  • Enter the FIRST and LAST name of the player you are fundraising for

⚠️ Important:

  • Do not sign up more than once (even with different emails)

  • Duplicate sign-ups can disqualify THESA from the fundraiser

How Funds Are Split

Survey totals come through as ranges. Here’s how your fundraising is applied. If a participant completes:

>10 Surveys

100% of funds raised goes to the sport

10+ Surveys

Player receives $5 credit toward player fees

Remaining funds go to the sport

25+ Surveys

Player receives $15 credit toward player fees

Remaining funds go to the sport

50+ Surveys

Player receives $30 credit toward player fees

Remaining funds go to the sport

75+ Surveys

Player receives $40 credit toward player fees

Remaining funds go to the sport

If Johnny has both parents and two grandparents, each complete 50 surveys, that’s:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes, All money stays within THESA and is applied only as described above.

    • If a player does not return the following season, their individual earned credit may be transferred to a sibling in a different sport only if requested before the season starts.

    • If there is no sibling, the original sport keeps 100% (no personal credits issued).

    • Parents must choose one player to fundraise for.

    • You cannot double-sign up to fundraise for two children.

    • Do not sign up more than once as the same person, even using different emails.

    • Duplicate sign-ups can disqualify THESA from the fundraiser.

    • Only submit quality surveys. Because this is market research, some surveys may be removed as “bad data.”

      Take your time and ensure your answers are authentic.

    • These funds apply to player fees only.

    • They do not apply to uniform fees or equipment fees.

    • If a player raises more than their annual sports fee, it does not roll over; excess is absorbed by the sport.
